| For many years, Heng and his wife Noi have been at the forefront of the Thai cuisine movement in the Philadelphia area. Heng owns and manages the Springfield and Newtown Square restaurants. Noi is the executive chef for both restaurants. Heng and Noi live in the area with their three children, their dog and cat. |
